Erasmus+ aims at boosting skills and employability, and modernizing Education, Training and Youth work. This new EU programme will support transnational partnerships among Education, Training and Youth institutions and organizations to foster cooperation and bridge the worlds of Education, and work in order to tackle the skills gaps we are facing in Europe. It will also support national efforts to modernize Education, Training and Youth systems.

Erasmus+ aims to modernise and improve higher education across Europe and the rest of the world. It gives students and staff opportunities to develop their skills and boost their employment prospects.

  • Opportunities for students to learn abroad, including studies (SMS, student mobility for studies) and traineeships in businesses (SMT, students mobility for traineeships).
  • Opportunities for teaching and non-teaching staff to undertake professional development activities, including training (STT, staff mobility for training) or teaching (STA, staff mobility for teaching).
